Locating bears in Alaska, the rickskin crosses Vietnam

ALASKA: Martinez Sandy Eger’s resident spent a week photographing brown bears in Lake Clark, Alaska. She stayed at the Silver Salmon Creek Lodge, which is around 100 miles southeast anchorage on the entrance to the cook. “It is very distant and accessible only by boat or by a small plane that landed on the beach,” explains Eger. “The experienced guides will take you a few feet from the bears while they clamor or play in the streams. It is not exclusively for photographers; some people are there for the adventure and take shots with their phones. It’s amazing!”

Travel advice: “Time is always unpredictable, but rain can occur frequently. Bring rainy gears for your camera and yourself. Boots with waterproof knee are necessary to follow the bears while they hang. We were not disturbed by mosquitoes, but some people brought head nets in case. ”

Vietnam: Kelly Mason from San Rafael has traveled solo and joined a small group with an adventure trip abroad. Mason has taken a ripening tour through Hanoi. “The Vietnamese were very welcoming and friendly,” explains Mason. “The food was exceptional and the travel company was first rate. From the eclectic Hanoi occupied to the north, in civilized Saigon in the south, the country is very similar to California in geography, in seaside cities, lush agriculture in the mountains and flourishing cities. ”

Travel advice: “The ancient town of Hội An is an essential stop to see silk and have a personalized dress or costume for you within 24 hours. The beach is beautiful and we even swam in the warm ocean of the Pacific. ”
