Liverpool will enter into contractual negotiations with one of their main players at the end of the season.
The Reds have linked Mo Salah and Virgil Van Dijk to New Deals in recent weeks, and should now discuss the conditions with another member of their winning team.
The player in question stayed two years on his current contract, after joining the club in 2022.
Luis Diaz arrived from Porto Midway during the 2021-22 season and won the Carabao and FA Cup Cup in his first four months in Anfield.
He again won the Carabao Cup and played under the Arne slit this season to lead Liverpool to their 20th League title.
The Colombian winger must now sit with Liverpool leaders to make a decision on his future this summer.
