Litia remains close to her mother, whom she calls the “greatest example of strength and resilience” and her extended family.
Religion is also an important part of Litia’s life. She was raised Mormon and said in the program that religion is a “guiding light” for her.
During her individual meeting with Grant during the week five, Litia talks about her religious education and says that she wants her future children to know that they are loved by God. The connection of Grant and Litia begins strong, and it is reinforced by a conversation in an emotional head during the third week.
“After this evening, Litia could be my wife,” said Grant.
Then, after their head-to-head appointment in Edinburgh during the week five, Litia says that she can see a life with him.
Their feelings become even stronger that evening during dinner when Grant cries while opening up to feel alone when he was a child and try to put a brave face. In response, Litia is comforting and ensures that it is “enough”.
“Knowing that I have a sure space with Litia, knowing that I have someone with whom I am comfortable, that I can bring it to and that it can know my greatest insecurity and that it accepts it is great for me,” said Grant. “I know she sees this, and I know she sees me for me.”
“I have the impression that you are someone with whom I could see myself built a life and I fall in love with you,” Grant in Litia told.
Even if Litia does not tell Grant that feelings are mutual, she shares the same feeling.
“I am grateful to have opened up to me and it just made me want to love him,” said Litia in the voiceover.
Fans will have to continue connecting to “The Bachelor” to see if Grant and Litia’s relationship is taking the distance.
