Lisa Vanderpump still on ‘naughty’ Andy Cohen’s side amid Leah McSweeney lawsuit
Lisa Vanderpump has made it clear that she will always support Andy Cohen.
During her appearance on Tuesday’s episode of “The Talk,” the reality star was asked about her “stance” with the Bravo big boss amid allegations of drug use and behavior inappropriate, which he denied.
When asked if she had heard “rumors” that Cohen “might negotiate his resignation,” Vanderpump replied, “Well, I hope not, I really do.”
The “Vanderpump Rules” star, 63, added that she has “always had a very playful relationship” with Cohen, 55, and highlighted his several solo appearances on his talk show “Watch What Happens Live.” .
“(I) had a very connected kind of relationship, and he’s playful, he’s inappropriate like me too,” she continued. “I mean, that’s what Bravo is most of the time, but it’s harmless. He’s a gay man who we have a lot of fun with.
Vanderpump emphasized her position by saying, “Damn, I’m on his side!”
“It’s strange that a lot of these allegations seem to be coming from people who no longer work for Bravo,” Vanderpump noted, referring to the various claims made by ex-Bravo stars Leah McSweeney and Brandi Glanville.
“We saw ‘Watch What Happens Live,’ it’s one of those talk shows where you can be slightly inappropriate and slightly mean, but when it comes to drug allegations, I would know a thousand percent and This never happens, certainly not!”
Last week, rumors began circulating that Cohen was leaving the network after an In Touch report claimed that “negotiations over Cohen’s departure plan are underway.”
However, a Bravo spokesperson later denied the claim, telling multiple media outlets: “There is absolutely no truth to this story and the source (of the publication) obviously has no idea of the situation . »

In February, Page Six reported that McSweeney, a “Real Housewives of New York” alum, had filed a lawsuit accusing Cohen of using cocaine with stars of the franchise.
Cohen called the allegations “completely false” and a “shakedown” via his representative and lawyer.
“Mr. Cohen has never used cocaine with any cast member of any ‘Real Housewives’ show or with any other Bravo employee,” his lawyer wrote in the letter seen by Page Six in March.
Just before McSweeney’s lawsuit came to light, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Glanville sent Cohen a legal letter accusing him of sexual harassment.
Cohen later publicly apologized and claimed that the incident in question was a “joke.”
