Linda Evangelista was one of the most famous models of the 90s, with Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford and Christy Turlington. For years, she withdrew from the spotlight and was not seen in public, later admitting that she was “a clinically depressed recluse” after her sloppy cosmetic procedure ten years ago.

In 2022 People magazine Interview, she talked about her negative experiences with Coolsculpting, a non -invasive procedure that freezes fat in your body, which, according to her, has left “brutally disfigured”. In addition to that, the model and the mother had to undergo several surgeries, including a double mastectomy, pulmonary series and elimination of cheloids.
Now, in a recent interview with Harper bazaar For their beauty problem, she said that she learned to kiss her scars. “There has been a lot of surgeries. I’m cool. I agree with them. I won. I am there. I won,” she told the magazine. “I do the work, and I try to arrive at the place where I love myself, faults and everything, and I try to love me.”

Evangelista said she was doing therapy work to resume her confidence. “I have to follow a therapy to love what I see when I look at myself in the mirror, and I still don’t look at myself in the mirror. I didn’t want to see myself because I didn’t love myself or did not like myself.”
The model became frank during the interview and shared that she wanted to start taking care of her body better. “I don’t care the way I get older. I just want to age. It doesn’t need to be graciously. I really don’t want to, really, don’t die,” said Evangelista. “I still have so much to do. I am finally comfortable with myself and with everything, and now I want to enjoy it.”

She crossed seven Coolsculping sessions from August 2015 to February 2016. Subsequently, she noticed that there were portions of fat around her abdomen, between her thighs and that under each aisle was hardened. It was then diagnosed with paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (HAP). The model continued the mother company of Coolsculptting, Zeltiq Aesthetics Inc., for $ 50 million in July 2022 and the two parties settled outside the courtyard.
“Why do we feel the need to do these things (to our body)?” She asked during her interview in 2022. “I do not recognize myself physically, but I no longer recognize myself as a person either.”
But now she arrives in a much happier place and starts to kiss her faults.
