Liberation: Blackhawks signs Moore and Rinzel to entry -level offers

Originally from Mounds View, Minn., Moore patinated in 76 career games from the NCAA with Minnesota, recording 66 points (21g, 45a). The striker was appointed to the 2024 Big Ten All-Rookie team after his first year. On the international scene, Moore won consecutive gold medals with Team USA at the Junior IIHF World Championships (2024; 2025), totaling eight points (2G, 6A) in 14 games. He also won gold in the World Championship IIHF U18 2023, recording nine points (4G, 5A) in seven games. The 6 -foot attacker and 185 pounds was initially selected by the Blackhawks in the first round (19th in total) of the NHL 2023 recovery.

Sam Rinzel

Rinzel, 20, counted career heights in career in goals (10), points (31) and winning goals (2) in 39 games with the University of Minnesota (NCAA) during the 2024-25 campaign. His 31 points ranked sixth among all NCAA Blueliners, while his 10 goals shared eighth. He also managed all club defenders in goals, assists and points. In addition, Rinzel was appointed defensive player of the Big Ten year, while winning the honors of the first All-Big Ten team.
