What did you think of this match?

Hot, I think we had a pretty decent half where we should be leading the score. Then, it looked like what we were proposing outside, with demobilization, disorganization, which resulted in a catastrophic second period. We deserve to lose! We thought we had learned from our mistakes and we made them again. It’s frustrating! Even more so when we know that we could make a big impact on this day of the championship.

How do you explain this big gap between your performance in the first and that of the second period?

At halftime, the staff just gives us small adjustments, with the idea of ​​staying in the same line while doing a little more. I think it was in the finishing that we sinned. We could have taken the lead and that would have done us a lot of good. Even when we were ugly on the outside, we still always had the first chance or chances to lead the score.

The second half is really below what we should produce, what we should offer, what we are used to doing. She’s scary to see. It’s hard to explain because we say it to ourselves, we repeat it to ourselves. We have already shown this face. And this halftime comeback is not good. Then, we don’t get back into the flow of the match, it’s not enough to play a fairly decent 45 minutes. The day we do poorly at home, we will start to tell ourselves that we will have to do things away…

I know this team is capable of going into battle, but frankly there is too much difference between the first period and the second. We were well into the match and we fought hard. We were in the fight, everyone was doing their job in their part of the field. We were good, compact, organized. Then we all demobilized. Everyone wanted to do their own. We found ourselves far from each other. There’s no secret: that’s where they took over!
