Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) received a reminder of her embarrassing expulsion from a Denver theater following her latest post on X, formerly Twitter.
Boebert called Wednesday for “more chess theater” regarding the fight in Congress over aid to Ukraine and funding to address the crisis at the U.S. southern border.
The use of the word “theater” prompted critics to recall Boebert’s controversy on “Beetlejuice” from September 2023, when she and her then-partner, Quinn Gallagher, were removed from the show’s audience for having vaped, talked loudly and made out.
“Oh, it’s rich. Boebert talks about “theatre” lol,” one commenter wrote.
