According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, an Inland Empire High School teacher has been arrested on suspicion of illegal sex with a 17-year-old student.
Noah Padilla, 24, of Victorville, was taken into custody Wednesday on suspicion of sexual misconduct with student Victor Valley High School in Victorville, the sheriff’s department said in a news release.
Padilla was held at San Bernardino Central Detention Center, with bail set at $30,000. He was released Thursday, according to arrest records.
