He was responding to an Axios report that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is expected to announce sanctions against Netzah Yehuda, an ultra-Orthodox military unit accused of human rights abuses in the occupied West Bank. Israeli Opposition Leader Benny Gantz told Blinken on a call that the move would “damage Israel’s international legitimacy.”
