The Super Bowl will be the last match of the 2025 season, but it will not be the last match of Lane Johnson’s career to the right of the Eagles.
Johnson ended his 12th season with the Eagles and said last summer that he thought he could play two or three years realistically at a high level. It seems that it is the kind of calendar he has in mind because he told journalists at a press conference on Saturday that he would be back next season.
“I am Certainly not retired After this match, win or lose, “said Johnson. “I will certainly play next year.”
Johnson said he expects to take one year to the other from that moment, but the Eagles can be assured that they will not have to worry about filling his place in 2025.
