The Grand Lake Tahoe region and the Grand Lake Tahoe region are at the center of an opinion from Lake Wind published Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. by the National Weather Service. The opinion is valid for Wednesday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
According to the NWS Reno NV, “the Southwest wores 15 to 25 MPH with gusts up to 40 MPH and acts 2 to 4 feet for Lake Tahoe.”
“Small boats, kayaks and paddle boards will be subject to capsize and should remain off the waters of the lake until the conditions improve,” said the NWS. “Check the conditions of the lake before leaving and prepare for a sudden increase in winds and waves heights. Consider postponing navigation activities on the lake up to one day with less wind. »»
