Kylie Jenner, apparently full of nostalgia (or capitalist envy), relives the mid-2010s with enthusiasm. In an effort to sell the Kylie Cosmetics lip kits that dominated the era, Jenner gave her “King Kylie” era a 2025 update. After making her foray into music, featuring in Terror Jr’s song “Fourth Strike” (the video for which featured lingering shots of her lip kits), Jenner celebrated in 2010s style at the Melrose Urth Caffé, joined by Hailey Bieber.
She didn’t just revive her lip kits: Jenner brought back her turquoise-tipped hair, which she debuted at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. She matched the vibe with a darker look, wearing a black leather bra with low-rise pants, pointy heels, and, of course, a green boba in hand. Bieber, meanwhile, kept her look current, pairing a white tank top with black pants, black pointed-toe, cross-strap shoes, a black leather blazer, and wearing the restaurant’s signature green tea boba.
Even though Kylie Jenner’s music career is uncertain, we are sure of one thing: this photo would have made numbers on Tumblr.
