Kuwait driver gets launched out of Toyota during beach ride

A driver’s manic, high-speed beach ride turned chaotic when he flipped his 4×4 SUV before being launched out the side window into the water as the car came to rest on its side .

A blue and white Toyota FJ Cruiser was driving slowly along the water’s edge of Abu Hasaniya public beach, near Kuwait City, Kuwait, before disaster struck, according to Carscoops.com.

The driver, a 34-year-old man, then suddenly presses the medal as the car picks up speed, rolling into the water before apparently losing control when the SUV spins, as shown in the video posted on YouTube.

When the driver loses control of the vehicle, it rolls back towards the water, as the momentum causes the car to flip violently several times.

The man, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the car aggressively, propelling him approximately 16 feet into the air as he flipped several times on his own before landing in the waters shallow waters of the Persian Gulf.

Upon landing, the man quickly ran out of the water, limping and favoring his left leg.

He returned to shore as several people ran to his aid.

The driver escaped the crash with minor injuries, but the car was not so lucky.

Local firefighters were called to the public beach to pull the car out of the water, before officials from Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate impounded the vehicle, according to the US Sun.

It was unclear whether charges would be filed against the driver in the crash.

The driver’s reckless stunt angered local residents, calling his action childish.

“He didn’t have his seat belt on, it’s like giving a child a knife as a toy,” one person commented, according to the media.

“Lol, this idiot is lucky to have survived,” said another on social media.

“There’s nothing better than testing the capabilities of a 4×4 when you have no idea what you’re doing.”

“High degree of difficulty and good form in transition, but minus points for the splash on the entry. »

“That’s what you get for showing up with no skills.”

Fortunately for the driver, there were only a handful of people scattered around the beach, unlike a similar stunt in Colorado that injured five thrill-seekers.
