Ritter recently cleared the air around his January 2024 Instagram Story, in which the actor wore Jessica’s “Save Our Souls” shirt and a caption that read: “IYKYK,” the acronym for “If You Know You Know.”

In an interview with Collider to promote her upcoming series, Orphan Black: Echoes, Ritter said she didn’t know her Instagram Story would send the MCU fandom into a tizzy. “No, I didn’t. I have the shirt. It’s a great t-shirt. This is one of my favorites and I wore it. I was like, “Oh, cute! Is anyone going to recognize my shirt?'” she recalls. “But yeah, I noticed it was making waves. It was fun.”

Ritter’s Instagram Story likely received a strong reaction from the MCU fandom as it was posted shortly after production resumed on Marvel Studios’ Daredevil: Born Again. The upcoming Disney+ series is set to feature the long-awaited MCU returns of several Netflix/Marvel characters, including Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll), Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson), Vanessa Fisk (Ayelet Zurer) and The Punisher (Jon Bernthal). ).
