In fact, the The Kardashians The star made waves with her 2025 Academy Museum Gala look on Oct. 18, attending the event in a nude Maison Margiela couture look, complete with a mask covering her entire confront.
However, Kim revealed that despite her technically faceless look, she was still totally glamorous underneath.
“You know, I love Margiela,” Kim said Variety on the red carpet. “Honestly, I brought in my favorite makeup artist Mario (Dedivanovic) from New York, and it’s a bit of a last minute thing, so I’m sure he’s not very happy about it.
As for how Kim — who indicated she’ll likely reveal her look once inside — planned to eat throughout the evening? “That’s not the case,” she explained. “That’s just not the case. I ate beforehand to make sure I was okay.”
This particular opaque ensemble, as the SKIMS designer shared, caught her eyes as soon as she saw it on the runway.
