Kim Kardashian was booed by the crowd Sunday night at the Kia Forum in her hometown of Los Angeles when she took the podium at the Tom Brady roast.
The reality star, 43, seemed caught off guard by the frosty reception at the event, which aired on Netflix as part of the streaming service’s Netflix Is a Joke Fest.
The Los Angeles native was immediately jeered as she took the stage, stopping for a moment after thanking host Kevin Hart, 44.
She appeared to launch into a joke, telling Hart, “I know a lot of people make fun of your size,” before appearing to do a double take at the outburst from her less than adoring audience.
Kardashian, who sported blonde locks as she held a glass of champagne at the Southern California event, sought to get the show back on track, saying: “Okay, okay, okay ,Kevin.”

This isn’t the first time Kardashian has received a frosty reception from the public in her own backyard at a professional football-related event.
She was booed by the crowd during a Los Angeles Rams home game against the Dallas Cowboys in October 2022 at SoFi Stadium.
The crowd at the match began booing heavily when the Jumbotron camera panned from singer John Legend to the reality TV star, who smiled and waved before blowing him a kiss.

Among the comics ready to take the stage at the roast for the former NFL quarterback were Jeffrey Ross, Bert Kreischer, Tom Segura, Nikki Glaser, Andrew Schulz, Tony Hinchcliffe and Sam Jay.
Brady’s former New England Patriots teammates Rob Gronkowski, Randy Moss and Julian Edelman were scheduled to appear, as well as rival quarterback Drew Bledsoe.
