Kim Delaney will not be charged for assault crime for an alleged fight with her husband

Kim Delaney is won after her arrest for an incident with her husband.

In 2022, she was arrested for driving in a state of drunkenness after having allegedly hit a motorcyclist and tried to flee the premises.

Delaney was sentenced to two years of probation and 50 hours of community service in addition to the order to finish the driving program in the drunkenness of mothers as part of a 12 -month diversion program on the incident, according to Radar.

The motorcyclist then continued it.
