Kim Delaney was arrested for suspicion of criminal assault

Kim Delaney was arrested for suspicion of criminal assault following an alleged internal disturbance with his partner James Morgan.

THE NYPD Blue Star was arrested on Saturday at 10:15 am, according to the Sheriff department of the County of Los Angeles, after the arrest of Morgan and Morgan in his home in Marina Del Rey.

The pair was involved in an animated altercation which would have become physical before the arrival of paramedical paramedics on the scene, according to TMZ. After being medically eliminated, the police arrested Delaney and Morgan.

Delaney was accused of criminal assault with a fatal weapon, while Brown received an accusation of domestic violence.

The last arrest of the award -winning actress at the Emmy Emmy comes with several brushes with the law and a fight of several years against alcoholism, including an arrest of driving driving in 2002 which made her abandon CSI: Miami The following year and entering the detox treatment. In 2005, she lost custody of her teenage son after driving with him when he was in a state of drunkenness.

Delaney was recently prosecuted for an alleged flight offense which took place in November 2022.
