Kim Delaney, husband James Morgan, arrested in Marina Del Rey

Actor Kim Delaney, known for “General Hospital” and “NYPD Blue”, was arrested this weekend, suspected of a crime. James Morgan, her 2 and a half year old husband, was also arrested for offense.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department confirmed arrests at Times on Monday. The two were arrested on Saturday morning in Marina Del Rey, Delaney, suspected of criminal assault and Morgan, suspected of an offense. It was not the first time that the police were called to the couple’s home.

The charges are linked to what TMZ described Sunday as “a stormy argument which has become physical”. People have reported that Morgan, 54, had been arrested, suspected of the offense of domestic violence while Delaney, 63, was arrested for suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

The Sheriff department had no additional information on Monday.

Delaney representatives did not respond immediately to the request for Times comments on Monday.

Morgan’s deposit was set at $ 20,000. No deposit has been listed for Delaney, which seems to remain in detention. Both are due in court on Tuesday.

The couple got married on October 11, 2022, but Delaney asked for divorce five months later, requesting a temporary prohibition order against Morgan for alleged domestic violence, according to court documents examined by the Times.

In the request of Tro, Delaney said they were in a hotel in Philadelphia when Morgan got angry, caught it by the arm and the hair, and shouted and pushed it. Delaney fought with alcohol in the past. She did not argue any competition with an reckless driving offense in 2002 after being arrested for suspicion of Dui in Malibu and refusing to pass a test.
