Legend of the Hip Hop Music Industry Kevin Liles Prepares to try to reject a pursuit of sexual assault against him.
Kevin Tuesday filed new legal documents by asking for permission to file a request to reject a legal action tabled earlier this year by a woman who said he had violated his way in 2002 when he was director of Def Jam Recordings.
According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Kevin affirms that he will plead to reject the case on the grounds that the woman waited too long to submit her complaints and the limitation period on her complaints.
Kevin also claims that the prosecution is filled with claims which are “completely false” and he says that his accuser is far too light on the details for this case to advance.
We have broken the story … Liles was prosecuted in February By a Jane Doe who said that she had worked under him at Def Jam and was subjected to sexual harassment. She said he would constantly press her body against her breasts and catch her buttocks at work and when she pushed back her alleged sexual advances, he raped her.
Kevin denied the allegations when the trial was filed … and now he gives the court an opinion that he will file to reject the prosecution.
