Ozempic is not to laugh for the actor. Handler revealed that his “anti-aging doctor” prescribed the drug without her realizing what the medication was.
“I didn’t even know that I was on it,” she said during the January 25, 2023 episode of Calls his daddy. “She said,” If you ever want to drop five pounds, that’s good. “”
But while she was trying the drug, Handler noted that she didn’t like what she was feeling.
“I came back from vacation and injected myself with that,” she recalls. “I went to lunch with a girlfriend a few days later, and she said to me:” I don’t really eat anything. In the end, Handler stopped using the drug because it was not medically necessary for her, adding that she had given the remaining doses to friends.
“I injected about four or five of my friends with Ozempic, because I realized that I didn’t want to use it because it was silly,” she said. “It’s for heavy people. I have people who come to my house, and I say to myself:” Ok, I can see you at 1, I can see you at 2. “”
