Keanu Reeves has been lucky when it comes to his love life.
So much so that he and his girlfriend Alexandra Grant even sparked marriage rumors last month, although she was quick to clarify on social media that the couple had yet to tie the knot. However, the Matrix The star admitted the speculation didn’t bother him too much.
“Well, it wasn’t the first time,” Keanu joked in an exclusive interview with E! News on October 13 at the premiere of his new film in New York Chance. “We’ve been dating for a long time.”
The 61-year-old also praised Alexandra, who he started dating in 2018, for the Instagram post she shared to quell the rumors.
“Marriage is a beautiful thing,” he continued. “People sent a lot of nice messages and stuff, but Alexandra just did a wonderful job. Like, ‘Thank you, but here’s the reality.'”
Indeed, the visual artist had a lot of fun when let the world know that she and John Wick the actor had not in fact married.
