Kate Middleton was “on the go” with her family as she continues to receive treatment for her cancer diagnosis, according to a report.

The Kensington Palace correspondence team revealed they have been “so touched” by the love and support shown to the princess since news of her health problems emerged.

The palace was reportedly flooded with “tens of thousands” of get-well cards for the mother-of-three, the Daily Mail reports.

According to the outlet, the palace receives up to 1,000 letters in a typical week – but that number has seen a significant increase since the princess’ cancer announcement.

Additionally, the volume of letters and greetings sent to the royal made it difficult for the correspondence team to sort through it all.

Last week, royal insiders claimed Middleton may “not appear in public for the rest of the year” as she continues her chemotherapy treatment.

“Many people involved in planning need to know what all the directors are doing well in advance. I’m told Kate’s diary for this year is empty. There is nothing planned. She may not appear in public for the rest of the year,” a royal source told The Daily Beast.

The insider noted that the palace is aware that a prolonged absence could lead to further speculation about the princess’s condition.

“I would not rule out the possibility of another video message informing the country of his health,” the source said. “This has proven to be a very effective way of keeping conspiracy theorists at bay.”

In a pre-recorded video statement on March 22, Princess Catherine said doctors discovered her cancer during a planned abdominal operation in January and noted she was now in the early stages of “preventive chemotherapy treatment “.
