Kate Beckinsale spent Easter in hospital amid her mysterious health battle.
The “Underworld” actress posted a photo of herself on her knees celebrating the holiday from her hospital bed while wearing black pajamas with white bows and white bunny socks.
“Happy Easter 🐰🐇🐣,” she captioned the Instagram snap on Sunday.
Although Beckinsale, 50, did not provide additional context, several fans and celebrities flocked to the comments to check in on her as she remained silent on the details of her ongoing hospital stay .

“Get well darling 💕🐣💕🐇,” Rebel Wilson’s fiancée, Ramona Agruma, wrote.

On March 11, the “Serendipity” star revealed she was in the hospital, but didn’t reveal why she was there.
The snaps showed a teary-eyed Beckinsale from her bed as she sent a special Mother’s Day message in the UK to her mum, Judy Loe.
“Thank you to those who love and support us when things are going well and trying to make sure there are bits that aren’t going well,” she wrote, hinting that something was wrong.
“And to take care of our dogs when we can’t and lead us to remember happy things when we can’t.” And come when we are sick and sit with us… And send balloons, check in and take us out of the wells with love.
A few days later, the British actress shared on social media that her Pomeranian, Myf, had stopped by to see her.
While wearing blue dog-print pajamas, Beckinsale held her fur baby while writing, “Visitor.”
In addition to battling her mysterious illness, the actress continues to mourn the death of her stepfather, Roy Battersby, who died following a “massive stroke” in January.
Last week, Beckinsale revealed she had a tattoo on her arm dedicated to Battersby, which features a handwritten message.
