‘Kashmir Files’ producer embarks on an uncharted path

One of the most prominent producers, Abhishek Agarwal, who directed the hugely popular ‘The Kashmir Files’, has once again stunned the film fraternity with his astonishing decision. This time he presented a film in sign language, thereby stunning the audience and here is what will happen now.

Apparently, it is the producer’s call to present the Telugu film ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’ starring Raviteja in the lead in the ‘Indian sign language version’. A girl will appear on screen whenever there is dialogue and will interpret the dialogue with signs.

This is a good thing to do because it will allow many deaf people to watch films now, regardless of their country of origin. And we hear that a few upcoming films of Abhishek Aggarwal will even release in theaters with the help of sign language, thereby allowing a section of society who do not have the privilege of watching films to come to the movie theater.

In fact, it’s a wonderful initiative to allow deaf people to watch films and that certainly goes to the producer. For now, this sign language film is only available on the OTT version on Amazon Prime, and the reception to it might encourage even other producers and filmmakers to add this extra feature.
