District prosecutor Michael Morrissey returns against Karen Read defense allegations

In a long, August 25, 2023, video declaration, prosecutor of the Norfolk district Michael Morrissey denied that any fight has occurred in Albert’s house at night, O’Keefe died. Eleven people had made statements saying that they had not seen the officer entering the house, he said, and “zero people” said they had seen. O’Keefe’s phone data that was found under his body, Morrissey said: “Show that his phone did not enter this house.”

Lally said during a judicial hearing in January 2024: “As the Commonwealth understands, the soldier Proctor has a sister, who has a friend, who has a sister, who has a husband, who has a brother, who has a woman, who has a sister who is Jennifer McCabe.”
