Justin Timberlakealways listens to his fans… putting the brakes on his show in Texas to single out one who appeared to need medical assistance.
The singer-songwriter took the stage at the Moody Center – an arena at the University of Texas at Austin – Saturday night… and, during his show, he stopped and shouted for the lights to the house lights up.
Watch video of the incident… Justin apologizes to the crowd for interrupting the show before pointing at a fan who he says is about five rows from the stage and who desperately needs help.
The event team seemed to rush in pretty quickly, and from the way JT reacted, it seemed like it wasn’t too serious an incident…nevertheless, scary situation for both the pop star and the public, we need to think about it.
An eyewitness tells us that staff members checked the fan and he then returned to his seat. Emergency services were not called to the scene.
JT is just one of many stars who have had to stop their show to help with serious medical situations. Adam Sandler, Louis Tomlinson, John Mayer And Taylor Swift all had to pause shows to help the fans.
Justin has a few days off… to perform next Tuesday in Fort Worth, Texas. He is taking part in his “Forget Tomorrow World Tour” – a completely solo tour, although there are serious rumors about a *NSYNC reunion.
But, for now, Justin has the stage to himself…and he’s keeping a close eye on his loyal followers.
