Justin Timberlake Jokes About DWI Arrest During Forget Tomorrow World Tour Show in Boston

Justin Timberlake doesn’t cry no rivers.

The 43-year-old Grammy winner appeared to poke fun at his recent legal troubles during his concert in Boston on Saturday, according to a fan video shared on.

Timberlake, 43, was speaking to the crowd inside TD Garden during the final leg of his Forget Tomorrow world tour when he alluded to his June 18 DWI arrest with a joke.

“So uh, is there anybody here tonight who’s driving and… no, I’m kidding,” the “Social Network” actor said.

After the audience burst into laughter, the “SexyBack” singer continued, “Is there anyone here tonight, is this your first time here for the show? Is there anyone here who has been to 1, 2, 3, maybe 4 of our shows?”

“For all of you, this is your first time tonight – seriously – I hope you feel the camaraderie and love.”

Timberlake’s onstage comments come nearly two weeks after he was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York, and charged with one count of DWI and two citations for allegedly running a stop sign and failure to remain in the way.

According to an arrest report obtained by Page Six, a police officer saw the “Cry Me A River” singer “fail to stay on the right side of the roadway” and drive through a stop sign.

After a traffic stop, the officer said Timberlake “performed poorly on all standardized sobriety tests.” Page Six was also told that he repeatedly refused to take a breathalyzer test.

The report also states that the singer told authorities: “I drank a martini and followed my friends home. »

Timberlake’s next court date is July 26, but he is not required to attend.

After the arrest, Timberlake’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., said, “Mr. Burke looks forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have much to say when the time comes. He is currently awaiting full discovery from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.”

Since being arrested and arrested, Timberlake has been busy with his tour. His wife, Jessica Biel, 42, was spotted supporting him in the crowd at his concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden on June 25.
