Justin Baldoni applaud back to Blake LivelyAccording to new court documents, while accusing her of destroying her trial against her, while accusing her of destroying her career.
Baldoni has just filed his response to the request of Blake to reject his trial before the Federal Court – giving several reasons for which the judge should not let the actress take down.
In the documents, Baldoni accuses Blake of orchestrating, participating and directing a defamation campaign “designed to ruin the reputation and careers of the Wayfarer parties”.
Baldoni is the co-founder of Wayfarer Studios, who produced “It’s Ends With Us”, with Blake and Justin, who also made the film. As you know, the shooting ended with a bad quarrel that reached a head when Blake filed a complaint against Justin for the first time, accusing him of sexual harassment and engineering a defamation campaign against her.
Justin has filed his own prosecution against Blake, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and the New York Times, saying that Blake directed his own smear campaign against him with the help of a NYT article.
In his latest file, Baldoni said: “There is sufficient evidence that (animated) took a responsible share in the publication of each of the allegedly defamatory statements by approving or authorizing them before the publication.”
Baldoni also underlines “Lively told NYT a false and overwhelming story on an insidious public relations sabotage operation deployed as revenge for complaints of sexual harassment, with the knowledge and intention that the newspaper publishes this false story (.)”
Baldoni then listed other reasons for which the judge should reject Blake’s request, in particular that she acted by maliciousness.
Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, told TMZ: “Ms. Lively and her Hollywood elite circle cannot prevent my clients from exercising their constitutional right from asking the court to empty their names from his false and harmful allegations.”
Freedman continued: “What Ms. Lively is trying to do is set a dangerous precedent by prohibiting the doors of the courthouse and punishing them for having their day before the courts, a right protected by the first amendment. This right protects not only Mr. Baldoni and the Wayfarer parties in this particular affair, but all the Americans who have false accusations against them and relieved them of our justice system.”
Freedman finished it saying … “This must stop here, and we will continue to fight against this blatant attempt to block access to the judicial system and weaken the constitution of our nation to serve those who are in the position of power.”
