A football finance expert has claimed Jude Bellingham’s relationship with Laura Celia Valk could prove of great value to Real Madrid, despite sources questioning the legitimacy of their ‘romance’.

Instead, weeks of rumors were sparked by a publicity stunt orchestrated by an opportunistic executive at the Manchester-based clothing company Pretty Little Thing, where Ms Valk models.

It was during a glamorous lingerie photoshoot in Madrid that she reportedly told makeup artists and hairdressers that she and Bellingham, 20, had grown closer.

Valk has been absent from Bellingham’s England matches at the Euros and the Mail has revealed the mystery surrounding their ‘romance’ – as they don’t appear to be a couple at all.
