Joshua Kimmich has opened its doors to his future in Bayern Munich while he headed for the last months of his contract.
Kimmich, 30, is expected to become a free agent in summer. Bayern gave him an extension but was left under object by his response.
Several clubs would have expressed an interest in Kimmich, notably Arsenal, Liverpool and PSG, but there is also a chance that left with the German giants.
Kimmich was a full member of the Bayern team since he joined the RB Leipzig club in 2015, the midfielder having made more than 400 appearances and won 20 trophies, including eight titles from Bundesliga.
The 30 -year -old, who can also fill in the right back, also won 97 ceilings for Germany and was appointed captain following Euro 2024.
Speculations were widespread surrounding what is going on with Kimmich and, speaking after Bayern’s 3-0 victory against Bayern Leverkusen during the first leg of their equality of the Champions League, he provided an update.

“My plan was to make my decision before the international break,” he said after playing the 90 full minutes of the confrontation.
“The club did not want that, which is legitimate. There will soon be a decision. It will certainly be before the international break at the latest.
Kimmich continued: “Other clubs also play a role in my decision on the future. I will not mention what clubs, but there will soon be a decision.
Kimmich’s departure would be a great blow for Vincent Kompany since the 30 -year -old had played every minute for the club this season until he injured Frankfurt last month.
However, he returned quickly and shone during the shot of Leverkusen last night – a result that allowed Bayern to set foot in the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
Kimmich’s comments on the moment he makes a decision – with the international break starting on March 17 – intervene after the club has set him a deadline to sign a new contract.
Bayern’s offers from a new agreement were initially withdrawn following the player’s hesitant response, which was confirmed by CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen on Wednesday.
The club would have offered Kimmich an extension that would have seen its existing salary remain the same.

The player would have been willing to accept this part of the agreement, but his requests on a signature bonus were not to the taste of the club.
According to Bild, Bayern will not increase their previous offer and were only prepared to offer the initial agreement on a condition again.
Kimmich should have tackled Bayern’s bosses before the Champions League draw against Leverkusen and declare his commitment to his current club, but that did not happen.
Nevertheless, speculation on his future has not derailed what turns out to be an impressive season for the Kompany team.
Bayern is currently eight points in Leverkusen at the top of the Bundesliga as they seek to return to the title.
This comes after the Xabi Alonso team won the league last year, which ended Bayern triumphing in 11 successive seasons between 2012 and 2023.
