The world of football is in mourning after the death of former Colombian international Jorge Bolano at the age of 47.
The death of Bolan was confirmed Sunday by local media. He died in the city of Cututa – located 262 miles from the capital of the country of Bogota.
According to the Bogota El Tiempo newspaper, the former Parma midfielder, Modena, Lecce and Sampdoria has undergone a heart attack while attending a parent’s birthday party.
He was precipitated in a neighboring clinic but then succeeded.
