Jon Stewart says he would be delighted to get a musk on “The Daily Show”

  • Jon Stewart says he would be the game to have Elon Musk on “The Daily Show”.
  • The interview can go as long as Musk, said Stewart in his Monday monologue.
  • Stewart’s invitation follows his criticism of the Musk government’s effectiveness department.

Jon Stewart says he would be the game to have Elon Musk On “The Daily Show” completely not published – and they can continue to roll as long as Chef Tesla loves.

The possibility of a stewart-musk force test was launched for the first time after the February 24 monologue of Stewart on the Department of Government Efficiency. During this segment, Stewart criticized the Doge costs reduction measures – and worked so much that he broke a ceramic cup and cut her hand.

“After the show, Governor Musk tweeted – or X’D, I suppose – that he would like to come here and speak to me as long as the show is not published,” said Stewart Musk on Musk, who is not an elected official.

“After thinking about his offer, I thought:” Hey, that’s actually like that that studio interviews are normally. This is not published, “said Stewart.” So we would be delighted. “

Stewart said he “would soften the pot” and keep the cameras riding as long as Musk wants their dialogue to last.

“The interview can last 15 minutes. It may be an hour. It may be two hours, whatever,” said Stewart.

It would not be out of character for a musk interview to work for a long time. He made podcast appearances on the hours on emissions organized by Joe Rogan and Lex Fridman.

Stewart, Musk and the Doge of all this

Stewart said in his monologue on Musk on social networks in social networks on Monday evening.

Musk first declared on X that it would be open to the Stewart show if the segment was not published.

“@elonmusk we would be delighted,” wrote the Daily Show on his X account in response.

But in separate X articles on February 25, Musk called Stewart “too installed in his tracks” and “very far on the left”.

Musk followed this criticism with another article on March 1, qualifying Stewart as “propagandist”.

“Listen, Elon, I have criticism of Doge. I generally support the idea of efficiency and provide better services to the American public in a cheaper and more efficient way,” said Stewart on Monday.

“And if you want to come and talk about it in the series, great. If you don’t want, of course,” added the host of the late evening show. “But can we just drop the pretension that you will not do because I do not measure the norms of neutral discourse that you demand and display at any time?”

Musk presented the idea of Doge for the first time to President Donald Trump in a live conversation on X in August. At the time, Musk said he would be “happy to help” with a government efficiency committee.

Since his entry into office, Trump has focused on reducing the size of the federal government. In addition to providing redemptions for federal workers and limiting federal hiring, the Trump administration has also asked federal workers to provide a list of their work achievements each week.

Musk did not respond to a request for comments to Business Insider, sent outside regular office hours.
