Joey King has a hilarious reaction to her bold new beauty look.
On Wednesday, January 16, the 25-year-old actress posted a TikTok video explaining her recent choice to bleach her eyebrows.
“I dyed my eyebrows about a week ago,” King says in the makeup-free clip. “They were white before and they look like the Lorax’s mustache.”
She continues: “But I love it. But I saw my mom two days ago and she was like, ‘I can’t look at you. You look so weird.'”

Fans in the comments are largely supportive of King’s eyebrow experimentation.
“Honestly, I’m a big fan of blonde eyebrows,” one wrote.
“My mother told me the same thing, they don’t understand,” said another.

King debuted this dramatic transformation in an Instagram photo carousel on Sunday, January 5. The actress captioned the post with only emojis, including two eyes and a mouth.
Although some commenters expressed distaste for the look, King’s famous friends rushed to let him know how much they loved it.
Sabrina Carpenter stopped by to write, “It’s rude to look this good without eyebrows,” while Noah Cyrus shared, “THIS IS YOUR LOOK.”
