Joe Rogan made fun of Katy Perry and the fully female Blue Origin flight team for their controversial 10 -minute trip to Espace last week.
“It was very deep,” said the actor sarcastically in the episode on Saturday of his podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience”.
“I don’t know if you’ve seen Katy Perry talk about it, but it’s essentially a guru now.”
When the guest Tim Dillion asked what the singer of the “dream of teenagers” discovered in space, he joked: “Well, she brought a daisy, which is super important.”
A photo of Perry, 40, holding the flower – symbolizing her 4 -year -old daughter from Orlando Bloom, Daisy Dove – appeared on the screen.
Rogan, 57, joked, “look at his nails, so pretty.”
The podcaster said that people should not minimize the short time of the crew in space, saying: “Celebrate female astronauts.”
He then listed the requirements to become an astronaut for NASA, in particular to become a pilot, before being eligible for space trips.
Monday, Perry, Gayle King, Lauren Sánchez, Aisha Bowe, Amanda Nguyen and Kerianne Flynn were unleashed in the space of Texas when he was adorned with blue costumes and complete glam.
They were sent via the Jeff Bezos rocket at around 62 miles above the earth.
The crew immediately received the wrong journey for the short trip, actress Olivia Munn wondering the objective of the number of resources put at launch when there are “many people who cannot even afford eggs”.
Olivia Wilde also shared her disgust for space flight with a photo published via Instagram from Perry kissing the ground arriving on earth.
“The billions of dollars bought good memes, I suppose,” said the actress and director.
Emily Ratajkowski accused the star space team of “destroying the planet” in a shaded heated diatriber on Tiktok.
“This spatial mission this morning? It’s an hour at the end of the hour, as, it is beyond parody,” said the model last week, referring to the brief trip as “disgusting”.
Blue Origin was also trolled by Martha Stewart, Jessica Chastain, Kesha and Wendy’s fast food chain.
Sánchez, 55, and King, 70, however applauded enemies during an interview with People, the latter saying: “Anyone critic does not really understand what’s going on here.”
“We can all talk about the response we receive from young women of young girls about what it represents,” said the host “CBS Mornings”.
Sánchez added that she was “really excited” by criticism, explaining that “thousands” of blue employees “put their hearts and souls” in the rocket.
