Jio Financial Services, part of Indian conglomerate Reliance, is forming a joint venture with US asset manager BlackRock to create a wealth management and stock brokerage business in India, the two announced on Monday.
The announcement follows the two companies launching a joint venture last year to offer asset management services in India.
