Jim Carrey cries “Batman Forever” Costar Val Kilmer: “A generational talent”

Three decades after facing Val Kilmer Batman foreverJim Carrey pays tribute to his late Costar, who died on Tuesday at 65.

“I remember Val Kilmer today with great admiration for him as a man and as a generational talent that left us an enviable heritage of indelible actor performance,” Carrey said in a statement provided to Weekly entertainment.

“His greatest artistic achievements were only competed by grace and the courage with which he endured the most difficult moments of his life,” continued Carrey. “Wishing so much love to his family.”

Carrey played the cerebral teasing supervillain Le Riddler in front of Kilmer’s Dark Knight Batman foreverWho struck theaters in 1995 and became the second biggest film of the year at the National Box-Office. The film also played Nicole Kidman as Dr Chase Meridian and Tommy Lee Jones as Harvey Dent / Two-Face.

Kilmer resumed the course and the hood of Michael Keaton, who played Batman / Bruce Wayne in the first two films of the series, and Kilmer was himself succeeded by George Clooney Batman and Robin.

Although Kilmer has never resumed his role as Batman, he hosted his head at the concert in 2019 Jay and Silent Bob restartin which he portrayed the superhero bluntman. He also carried a modified Batman hood in his latest Instagram video in February.
