Two jet planes briefly clipped their wings while performing an aerobatics stunt at the Fort Lauderdale Air Show May 12, according to spectator video projections.
Footage captured by @frograilfanning shows two planes, in a formation of four jets, briefly touching wings before the pilots quickly separate to avoid disaster.
Speaking to Storyful, @frograilfanning said the incident happened while the Polaris Ghost Squadron was performing.
Event organizers said the show was briefly interrupted and an emergency was declared as a precaution, according to local media.
