Jennifer Lopez canceled her tour

Jennifer Lopez canceled it It’s me… live summer tour. On Friday, Live Nation announced that the tour would no longer take place as Lopez “will take time to be with her children, family and close friends.”

The star also shared a message with fans on her site OntheJLo saying she was “heartbroken” to have to cancel the series of shows. “I’m heartbroken and devastated that I let you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t think it was absolutely necessary,” she wrote in the statement. “I promise I’ll make it up to you and we’ll all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…”

The tour, which was supposed to be a celebration of his new album It’s me now, was to take place from June to August. Fans who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded while those purchased on third-party sites will need to contact the seller, according to the site.

This announcement comes amid Lopez’s marital difficulties with husband Ben Affleck. Sources have already said People And Entertainment tonight that the couple are currently living apart and “trying to figure things out on their own.”

On Thursday, however, the two stood together for Affleck’s daughter Violet’s high school graduation. The couple were spotted arriving at a celebration earlier in the day before heading to the ceremony that evening. At one point, the couple was even seen holding hands while walking and chatting with their children. A spectator said People that Lopez “seemed optimistic and engaged.”
