Jennifer Lopez ‘burned out’ Ben Affleck, honeymoon phase is over: report

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are “on completely different pages” now that their honeymoon phase has “dissipated” amid divorce speculation, according to a new report.

The couple’s marriage has been plagued by persistent separation rumors and sources close to the couple are weighing in on the speech.

The “Let’s Get Loud” hitmaker, 54, and the Oscar winner, 51, have “taken some space” to figure out if the relationship “is good for both of them,” a source told Us on Tuesday Weekly.

Meanwhile, the “Argo” actor apparently “disagrees with Jennifer’s lifestyle” and feels “worn down” by the marriage, the source said, adding that the father of two children had been “examined”.

The source added that the duo, who tied the knot in 2022, are on “completely different pages most of the time” and that their “honeymoon phase has worn off.”

“Both have demanding careers that often require them to reside in different cities,” the source added.

J.Lo has reportedly started “stepping up her work commitments” and preparing for her upcoming “This Is Me…Live” tour, which kicks off next month.

“She is very focused on her work and pushes herself,” the source told the outlet, but added that the two were separated due to contrasting work obligations.

This “highlighted the emotional and physical distance between them,” they added.

“As time went on, Jennifer and Ben found it increasingly difficult to communicate effectively, and small misunderstandings escalated into major arguments,” the source said. “They have fundamentally different approaches to conflict.”

Additionally, sources claim that the two have different approaches to parenting and finances, which subsequently “exacerbated” their marital problems.

Page Six has reached out to reps for Lopez and Affleck for comment.

Earlier this month, a source exclusively told Page Six that Affleck had “come to his senses” about the couple’s marriage.

The couple first sparked split rumors when the “On The Floor” hitmaker showed up to the 2024 Met Gala without him — despite being one of the event’s co-chairs.

A week later, TMZ reported that the two were living separately.

Affleck reportedly began staying at a house in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles — less than 30 minutes from his and Lopez’s $60 million Beverly Hills mansion — nearly two weeks ago.

Page Six later learned that Affleck had been quietly looking for a place to live in the Los Angeles area.

The duo’s love story dates back to 2002 when they started dating. The couple became engaged later that year. However, they separated in 2004 after postponing their wedding the previous year.

They eventually reconnected in 2021 and married the following year.
