Purchased last year, the California home features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms and is coming to the market with a whopping $68 million, up from $60 million. The property officially went on the market on Thursday, July 11.

This also means that Ben and Jen haven’t been seen together for over a month, amid widespread speculation that their marriage is over. However, the couple hasn’t officially responded to the news, instead dropping subtle hints at the distress in their relationship by occasionally wearing and removing their wedding rings and continuing to live miles apart.

The couple, who rekindled their decade-long romance and tied the knot in 2022, reportedly spent months searching for their dream home. They finally settled on a stunning 38,000-square-foot property in May 2023, which they purchased for $60,805,000. According to the listing on the real estate agent’s website, the home was recently renovated to the highest standards and features amenities such as a “bar, sports lounge, fully equipped gym, boxing ring, and basketball and pickleball courts.”

Ben and Jen Headed for Divorce?

The couple has been separated for some time. The actor, who stars in The Accountant , is currently renting an apartment in Brentwood near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their children. Meanwhile, the pop star, who canceled her million-dollar LA residence, has been taking some time off. They even spent July 4 apart; Lopez was spotted in the Hamptons while Ben was in Los Angeles. According to ET’s source, they are doing their best to remain friendly during these difficult times.
