May 7 update: It’s official. The man who led his car through the doors of Jennifer Aniston was accused of harassment and vandalism. “Harassment is a crime that can quickly move from harassment to dangerous and violent actions, threatening the security of victims and our communities,” said prosecutor Nathan Hotchman in a statement obtained by Variety. “My office has undertaken to prosecute those who tram and terrorize others, by ensuring that they are held responsible.” In addition to a chief of harassment and a vandalism, Jimmy Wayne Carwyle faces an aggravating circumstance of the threat of bodily predicts, which would strengthen her sentence if she was condemned. He faces three years in state prison.
The original story follows.
The man who was arrested for allegedly conducted a car through the doors outside Jennifer Aniston’s home in Los Angeles is now the subject of an investigation for possible harassment, the application of the law told TMZ. THE Friends Star was at home when the incident occurred, and his security would have held Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, until the police arrived and reserved him in suspicion of crime of vandalism. A public Facebook account under the name of Carwyle has already produced several disturbing articles on Aniston, many of which call him as his wife or soul mate. An article in September 2024 addressed to Aniston declared in all the caps: “I love you damn, come and get me or call me, tell me our address!, Otherwise, I just hunted next weekend!” The following month, another All Caps article suggests that there are “corruption” forces that separate them.
Carwyle left his job as a technician in automotive service five years ago and has since suffered from delusions that he is a figure similar to a Christ who is married to Aniston, his childhood friend Steve Rhea told NBC News on Tuesday. According to Rhea, Carwyle left her native Mississippi in September to start living out of her car in a Walmart in Burbank. “We just hope he will get the help he needs,” said Rhea. “I hope there is a way to repair it, but I don’t know.” Carwyle, which has not been officially charged, is currently detained in the county prison without surety.
