He also added that when the couple left the show, he “had a lot of doubts and, regretfully and sadly, I repressed those feelings, and I told you that clearly.”
However, Jenn was unwilling to accept his explanation, noting that he “kept all this from me.”
“For two months I put everything into you,” she continued, “while you hid all these feelings of doubt and made me feel even more in love with you and tried to fight for a relationship that was doomed to fail half the time.”
She hopes Devin learns that “your words matter and if you promise something, you have to be able to deliver on those promises,” she added. “I just couldn’t have done what you did in that position. And when I love something, I nurture it and I enjoy it and I don’t throw it away the next day.”
