Jeff Bridges shares good news about his health.
The star of “Big Lebowski”, 75, told people in an interview published on Friday that his health was “very good” and that he “feels well” almost five years after being diagnosed with lymphoma.
“Some things, it is difficult to say if it is cancer and the cocvid or if it is just an old age,” he said, adding that he has encountered memory problems and believes that he is dealing with “long-term” effects of Cavid-19.
“I can’t feel,” said Bridges.
In October 2020, the actor shared its diagnosis of cancer via x.
“Although it is a serious illness, I am lucky to have a large team of doctors and the prognosis is good,” wrote Bridges at the time. “I start a treatment and I will keep you posted on my recovery.”
The following year, he shared an update on his personal website, saying that his cancer mass had shrunk from the “size of a marble”.
He also said that he was recovering from a severe covid-19 at the time, believing that he had taken the virus after being exhibited in the establishment where he received chemotherapy treatment.
While he assured that his symptoms of Coronavirus were “in the rear view mirror”, he wrote that “my dance with Covid makes my cancer look like a piece of cake”.
“Covid gave me my ass well enough, but I am a double vaccinated and I feel much better now,” wrote Bridges. “While I had moments of enormous pain … approaching the pearly doors, overall, I felt happy and joyful most of the time. This brush with mortality brought me a real gift – life is brief and beautiful. ”
The winner of an Oscar recently finished his FX series “The Old Man” and is preparing to appear in the third episode of the “Tron” franchise, later this year.
