- In a new trial, Jay-Z unloads on a woman who said that he had raped her at the age of 13 during a Diddy party.
- She has since admitted to the Jay-Z camp that her accusation of rape was false, according to the new trial.
- The woman then withdrew her trial against Jay-Z and Diddy.
The Rap Jay-Z superstar filed a new defamation prosecution on Monday at a defamation level against a woman who accused her last year of having raped her at the age of 13 at a party organized by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In his trial, Jay -Z – given Shawn Carter – alleges that the accuser based in Alabama, identified only as Jane Doe, admitted to the own representatives of the rapper that his accusation of rape, made in His own trial now abandonedhad been false.
“Doe has now admitted voluntarily directly to the representatives of Mr. Carter that history brought to the world in justice and on global television was just that: a false malicious story,” said Jay-Z trial.
The woman is described in the trial as being financially bankrupt, suffering from mental health and drug problems, and “desperate to obtain a day of pay”.
She “made three other allegations of sexual assault that have been abandoned or rejected by the courts,” said Jay-Z.
Women’s lawyers, civilian lawyers based in Texas, Tony Buzbee and David Fortney, are also heavy fire in the trial, which was deposited before the Federal Alabama Court.
Jay-Z allegates that lawyers and their client “were motivated soulless by greed, in contempt for abject truth and the most fundamental precepts of human decency”.
Buzbee had filed the trial of Jane Doe last year knowing that the charges against Jay-Z were false, according to the trial.
“This statement is absolute washing,” Buzbee told Business Insider of the complaint on Tuesday morning.
“Jane Doe never hesitated and certainly never retracted. Jay Z’s team invented this. We intend to tackle these lies in due course,” added Buzbee.
The woman had told her story for the first time in an explosive October trial which was modified in December to also name Jay-Z.
She described that she was a 13 -year -old girl who hoped to see celebrities while waiting outside of Radio City Music Hall in New York during the 2000 video music prize program.
His trial described being invited and then led by a limousine driver to a party organized by Combs in “A Large White House”. There, she said, she signed an NDA, received a drink by “Waitstaff”, and was then raped by Combs and Jay-Z while “Celebrity B”, an unnamed woman in the trial, looked at.
His trial was abandoned last month, Buzbee refusing to comment at the time. The representatives of Jay-Z and Combs had constantly denied any sexual assault.
The description of events by the woman was an “impossibility” and an “absurdity”, said the trial of Jay-Z on Monday.
His legal efforts have equipped themselves with extortion by “malicious and soulless lawyers”, also alleged the trial and began with a private letter of request “threatening”.
It was only after Jay-Z representatives refused this request for an “exorbitant gain”, the rapper was then appointed publicly, he said.
“Buzbee then advanced with the name of Mr. Carter, with a full knowledge of him, as conferred by Doe, that Mr. Carter had never attacked Doe, and the whole story of Doe, because she linked to Mr. Carter was completely manufactured,” said the trial on Monday.
The composition of the questions on Friday, the Buzbee firm “threatened Mr. Carter’s lawyer to double with another false public declaration of the DOE” if his lies admissions were revealed, said the trial.
The trial requires unpertified monetary damage.
Buzbee, meanwhile, is not enema.
“We intend to ask for a ban on a ban on Jay Z to leave this poor woman alone,” he told Bi. “She was harassed and threatened and we intend to have them arrested.”
