Jax Ulbrich, son of Falcons DC, apologizes for Sheder Sanders NFL Draft Prank Call Video

Sheder Sanders received a farce call during the draft of the NFL 2025 which generated many titles, and it turns out that the son of the defensive coordinator of the Falcons of Atlanta, Jeff Ulbrich, had something to do with that.

Sunday, Zack Rosenblatt of athletics shared apology from Jax Ulbrich:

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network also relayed a declaration of Falcons explaining that Jax came across the phone number on an iPad and that his father was not aware of the situation.

“The Falcons of Atlanta do not tolerate this behavior and do not send our sincere apologies to SheDer Sanders and his family, with whom we were in contact to apologize, as well as to facilitate Jax’s directly from the Sanders family,” said the excuses.

“Friday evening, I made a huge mistake,” Jax wrote in his apologies.

“Shemer, what I did was completely inexcusable, embarrassing and shameful. I am really sorry to have withdrawn your moment, it was selfish and childish. I could never imagine preparing me to celebrate one of the greatest moments of your life and I made a terrible mistake and that you may have played at this time.

As for Jeff Ulbrich, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that the Falcons did not plan to take measures against the defensive coordinator by seeing how their own declaration said that he was not aware of what happened.

The video call video was published online during the project with the farce appellants who pretended to be the Director General of New Orleans Holy Loomis:

Before the Falcons’ announcement, Mike Florio de Pro Football Talk reported that the NFL has been investigating the situation since Sanders said that he had received the league phone so that he could be contacted when writing.

“If the version of SheDer is correct, it means that someone connected to the League or that one of their teams has poorly managed the information concerning the number,” wrote Florio. “It opened the door to someone to get it and use it.”

For his part, Sanders was asked about the farce’s call after the Cleveland Browns selected him in the fifth round and said, by Mary Kay Cabot de Cleveland.com, “of course, I have the impression that it was a childish act, but everyone does childish things here and there.”

It was part of the saga for Sanders.

Although it was to be a first -round choice for a large part of the university football season and the predraft process, the speculation that it could fall started to increase the first round on Thursday. This is exactly what happened, although it fell further than anyone could have expected realistically.

Sanders did not even hear his name called before the third day and the fifth round of the draft. The fact that Cleveland selected it after using a third round choice on Dillon Gabriel de l’Oregon made the foreigner of a situation.

The last torsion is that the Falcons were indirectly linked to the farce’s call, which attracted excuses from several parts.
