Jax Taylor claims ‘Vanderpump Rules’ is ‘scripted’

Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Jax Taylor has claimed that the hit Bravo series is now “scripted” despite being completely “organic” in its early seasons.

At a “VPR” viewing party at her Studio City bar Tuesday night, the reality star was caught ranting about how the actors don’t even “hang out with each other” in real life.

“Show me a scripted show and I’ll show you fucking ‘Vanderpump Rules,'” the 44-year-old told the crowd in a video obtained by Page Six. “Scripted!” scripted! I’ve been on this show for nine fucking years…it’s scripted.

Taylor went on to call Tuesday night’s episode “disastrous” — but it’s unclear exactly what scene sparked her outburst.

“I’ll come back to it next and I’ll tell you what, it was scripted,” he continued, saying that wasn’t the case before.

“Don’t get me wrong, when we started it was great,” he said. “Seasons one through six (were) organic, it was real.”

At first, Taylor explained that everyone took it seriously because it was their “job” and what they “liked to do.”

However, once everyone became rich and famous, they grew apart and their relationships became “fake,” according to Taylor.

“No one shows up to the beach with Chanel earrings,” he joked.

The father of one concluded his speech by plugging his new show, “The Valley,” which stars him and his ex-wife Brittany Cartwright.

“Now you have a real show!” Going back to where it all began, it’s organic, it’s real,” he said. “They’re all brand new people!”

Taylor, who left the show in 2020, also insinuated via X (formerly known as Twitter) that the series was looking for storylines.

“How do you know when Vanderpump is literally at a dead end and has nothing left to say…they’re having a water test…what the fuck,” he tweeted.

During Tuesday night’s episode, exes Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix got into a screaming argument over water tasting at co-star James Kennedy’s house.

Madix called Sandoval, who she dated for nearly a decade, “a piece of shit” for accidentally locking her dog Mya in her bedroom, which she said could have “killed” the puppy.

However, Sandoval tried to hold his ground, arguing that the dog was fine and that he was not “a dog murderer.”

Although many of their co-stars sided with Sandoval, Madix was unwilling to let go.

“I’m not capable of having a productive conversation with a fucking sociopath, disgusting, psychopathic, narcissistic, gaslighter (and) piece of shit,” she concluded. “I’m going to set his fucking ass on fire.”
