Jason Sudeikis asked Travis Kelce when he was going to get married to girlfriend Taylor Swift during the actor’s Big Slick sketch in Kansas City, Missouri.
“Hey Travis, really talk, OK, just guys here,” he told the Kansas City Chiefs star in front of a live audience during Big Slick Celebrity Weekend, according to a video shared on X Saturday night.
Sudeikis, who was sitting at a table with Robert Smigel, George Wendt and Kelce, then tilted his sunglasses, looked at Kelce and asked, “Hey, when are you going to make an honest woman out of her?”
As the audience erupted in joy, the tight end rubbed his beard and smiled. However, he did not answer the question.
“Taylor doesn’t need to work anymore,” the “Ted Lasso” alum, 48, added.
Kelce and Swift, both 34, went public with their romance in September 2023, after the “Bad Blood” singer attended her pal’s football game against the Chicago Bears.
Although Kelce was coy when asked when they would take their romance to the next level, Page Six exclusively reported that he plans to pop the question this summer.
“Taylor and Travis have talked about it and there is a plan,” an insider told us in January.
“They will get engaged on their first anniversary in July.”
And last week, Swfties believed that Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, hinted that a wedding could be happening in the near future for his younger brother.
The siblings discussed their favorite characters from the Adam Sandler movie on their podcast “New Heights.”
When the three-time Super Bowl champion said the retired NFL star looked like “either Bobby Boucher or ‘The Wedding Singer,’ Jason responded, “I was going to be ‘The Wedding Singer,’ maybe for you.
The former Philadelphia Eagles center then looked directly into the camera in silence while Travis laughed.
