Tampa Bay re-signed Chris Godwin and became Mike Evans, but coach Todd Bowles said at NFL owners last week, a receiver with the 19th choice was not out of the question. Managing Director Jason Licht accepted Thursday.

Godwin is 29 years old and left an injury that ended his 2024 season. Evans will be 32 years old in August. So, soon, the BUCs will have to consider replacements.
“We always want to try to keep this group fresh and, you know, looking for the next J-Mac (Jalen McMillan),” said Licht. “We are not going to neglect this position at all, if everything falls this way for us.”
